I offer three different approaches in meeting, overcoming and prospering in the face of life's challenges.

  1. Coaching – Some challenges arise from lack of information, skills, organization, or goal setting. To help you through, I draw on my life and business experience and my skills developed from my MBA degree.

  2. Counseling – Other challenges arise from difficulties in relationships and personal circumstances. To help you through, I draw on my LMSW degree and some therapeutic approaches including mindfulness, attachment theory,  CBT, DBT IFS, and REBT.

  3. Hypnotherapy – Other challenges arise from emotional binds or from long ago, now forgotten learnings that have become unconscious and involuntary responses.  To help you through, I draw on my extensive background in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, with the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

I tailor my approach specifically to your situation and your needs, wants, and goals. I use up-to-date techniques that combine current learnings on brain neurology, brain plasticity, positive psychology, and hypnotherapy.
